Thank you for your reply, I was in the correct folder, although it refused to work. I did the old restart PC "fix" and it worked. Very odd.

Same here!
I used the windows installer. The first time I played with faceswap it worked. I uploaded a rather large video (9 minutes) and halfway though I hit STOP. After that, it would not start working again even with different videos. Stuck at
