Yes it is a video file that I downloaded off my cloud server and it is uploaded from my phone, why it names it IMG_### is besides me. I have tried different video sources and even have tried a folder of images (PNG and JPG, separated of course)

Been searching the forums to see if anyone else has had this issue. If I start my PC from a fresh boot I normally do not get this error and if I do get this error, normally a restart will fix the issue and i am able to extract, preview, or convert.
