OK - so I followed this specific guide by @gregormax:
Training started. 3 mins down and my avg EGs/sec is 47.9
When I used to just use the 2080ti, I was getting an average of 85ish!

Thanks, mate - but that guide clearly says that this is ONLY for 30xx cards... so i wasn't sure if I followed that, it will still work with my 2080ti

G'day folks - hope everyone here is keeping safe and well :) I'll list down my hardware below, but my primary question is, why can't I enable both cards to utilise the full power of each to extract and train? I'm assuming that once we get to a point where 3x cards are supported, using 2 GPUs power would actually be beneficial?

Damn! I think i figured it out...
I was using Distributed training across 3090 and 2080....
Re-started it by excluding the 3090 and it's working.

Hey mate - yes done both... ensuring that NVIDIA drivers are at 457 (not updated to 46x) Unfortunately I've never been able to successfully run Faceswap with 3090 so I can't comment :( That's why i got 2080ti as a second GPU. It's really strange, I reinstalled FaceSwap from scratch and tried again... During extract state, it does progress, and when I check the output directory - yes it does extract. However, somewhere post 50-60% or so, everything just stalls and I have to abort the process. Here's the System Output info...
