that kinda sounds like what faceswap is doing but within seconds and acceptable quality... tbh I was hoping that was the case here ... ie train like crazy on a source vid, clean the face extract/maps/landmarks... then you'll be able to use any static photo and put that face on our trained source vid...

Update: The tech gods are smiling on me this morning. Its working with RDP with GPU backend. Not sure why tbh. Last 3 major steps I did last evening (but did not work... re-installed again this morning and its working) got vers 461 from nvidia installed VC++ redist performed "clean install"...
