Re: Hello, and my recording for my face training source

Hello Atlas! Nicely done on capturing plenty of angles and facial reactions in your data set!! :) I think it could be significantly improved if you 1. made it higher resolution that 480p, 2. Recorded your face closer to the camera so your face takes up more of the frame, thus more pixels can be ded...

Nicely done! This is better than my very first swap!

As dev himself say, the trick is turning off warping after a while. Just a couple of hours of no-warp, BAM , so more details!

Re: Why the faceswap2.0 need python 3.7,on Google colab we only have python 3.6

 so the problem is money. What? No, the problem is Python 3.6 is outdated. It can't do features the software needs. 3.6 is dead. Almost no one uses that anymore. You can't magically get 3.6 to work with new APIs and features. That's like asking for Windows 3.11 to suddenly be as good as Windo...

A newbie's first (actually second) test project

Replacing Kristen Bell's wonderful face with my even more wonderful mug. 8 hours and ~ 80K iterations in (on a 2080Ti with a Threadripper 3960X) Using Dfl-H128 from 256 sized outputs, 25 batch I know 8 hours and 80K iterations is very early, I AM running it further and experimenting with no-warping ...

Re: "Disable Warp", not recommended but mandatory

Do you think there is anything to gain from doing a little bit of no warp in between "normal" training? IE : run for 10 hours normally (in my case, almost exactly 10K iterations with Dlf-H128 and current settings) , turn off warp for a couple of hours to force in some quick unprecise clari...

Re: "Disable Warp", not recommended but mandatory

Yeah, disabling warp late in train is proper "secret sauce". I may move it to the main window at some point in the not too distant future. Disabling warp from the very beginning is enough to totally kill most models though. Think of it as baking the cake (warp on) then icing the cake (war...

Re: No module named facewap.plugins faceswap is not a package

Did a manual install. Works just fine then. Installer simply won't work, and manual install isn't that hard anyways, so all good here now.

Re: No module named facewap.plugins faceswap is not a package

Have the same issue. Have tried reinstalling everything, completely nuked everything before reinstalling, clean reinstall, still the same. Tried manually installing different Python versions, still the same (currently on 3.8.0). Running update_deps.py shows all dependencies are up to date. Still puk...
