Thanks for your help followed the guide and manage now not to get the error, but now instead it ends with just 'process exited' and no alignment file. Any ideas why this would be?

Every time I try to extract it crashes once it gets to Fan (Align), I have followed it suggestion to enable 'allow growth but this changed nothing. Please let me know if any of you know why this is being caused.
