I have the same problem. I just reinstalled and says git not installed when I check for updates. Also the update broke my previous install so I had to reinstall.

Okay, good news. I reinstalled faceswap. Downclocked my CPU a notch. Updated Windows. Upgraded all my drivers. Turned power settings to max. And it converted a video again. Whew . Just figured that might be it because I have plenty of space etc.

The face are the same two women however the face folder files that was used to train the model are not exactly the same. Check if face folder is clear. You have to filter/delete most blurry ones from face folders helps. Delete everything that isnt a face too.
From what Ive seen IAE does a weird blending effect that preserves the first face details, I dont prefer it personally.
