I have the same probrem now.
GPU : Radeon 680M integrated in Ryzen 7 7735HS
Using the latest GPU driver(Adrenalin 23.5.2)
I tried on Intel Core-i7 8559U too and the same result.
By the datasheet, both GPUs support DirectX12.
