I think you are right. Person B is a small guy and person A is 98kg. How do I shrink the mask?

Use the preview tool. This is covered in the guides.

Re: Status after 900k + Iterations

I would say your B data is not varied enough. Ultimately the angles/expressions in the swap are not matching up, which tends to be a sign of not having enough variety of data for the NN to be able to resolve the differences.

Re: How to simply swap faces of two images?

Faceswap is not the software you require for your kind of use case. It requires lots of data for both sides. Something like First Order Motion Model may be more what you are looking for:

Re: Confused about alignment file

An alignments file is always generated when you run the "Extract" process. If it wasn't then most likely you did something wrong.

The convert guide covers how to obtain an alignments file:

Re: Running convert tool on renamed file causing "no alignment found... skipping" errors?

IIRC, yes the name of the video matters. This is a legacy from when Faceswap only accepted images (not video) as input. The filename of each image was used to track the file. The alignments file basically treats a video file as a series of images, and uses the original filename to track each frame i...

You should post the full crash report, but on the face of it, this looks like "out of memory". Lower your batchsize/use a lighter model.

Re: Faceswap installer broken on GCE (and possibly elsewhere)?

This kind of thing doesn't surprise me too much. Unfortunately the workaround to getting 30xx support into faceswap is a bit messy, so I'm not surprised there are conflicts. pfakanator may be able to update this image, or (hopefully) this issue will resolve in time when Conda get 30xx support workin...

Re: Manual tool extraction issues

It's been a while since I implemented this code, so I can't remember exactly what it does. However, iirc, this can happen for several reasons. Variable framerate being one. Video not cut on a keyframe being another. The main issue is that working with video is a pain. These kind of issues don't show...

Re: old extracted faces with .fsa upgrade?

If you mean that you have a folder of faces (used for training) that also includes a .fsa alignments file, and you want to upgrade the faces to put the alignment information in the .png header, then yes... this should be doable, although I haven't checked the code for a while, so can't guarantee it ...

I've never seen anything like this before. I would guess this is an issue to your specific system. My usual advice for solving this kind of problem is to follow these steps:

Re: How to training / convert >= 2 faces included on same picture?

Short but sweet method. Do normal extraction. Copy the alignments file, so you have 2 files (1 for person 1, 1 for person 2). Copy the extracted faces folder (so you have 2 identical folders, 1 for person 1, 1 for person 2) Do the standard cleaning/sorting for person 1 with alignments file 1 and fac...

The low-mem variants are less complex in one way or another, so the quality of the final output will be inferior.

Re: How do I know if I installed correctly and the environment is correct?

Those output messages are coming from some non-standard c++ lib that you are using. They are not coming from faceswap. I do not diagnose non-standard set-ups (as it would take too long). All I can do is link you to the "clean install" steps in our FAQ and hope that this resolves your issue...

Re: Error opening FaceSwap

There are many reasons this can occur. Check this thread first. The candidate most likely in this case though, is that your CPU does not support AVX instructions. There are ways around this. You can see here for a recent discussion around a similar issue in our Discord: https://discord.com/channels/...

I think TF 2.6 is the problem, acording that thread.
should I downgrades TF 2.6 to 2.4 ?

Whichever is easiest for you to be honest. If you have a 30xx card, then you will need to stay on 2.6, otherwise downgrading to 2,4 is fine as it is fully supported for earlier gpus
