Adjustments that turned things around.

Hey all, My specs before finding "lightspeed". : Gigabyte D450 D3H Motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 32 GB ram, MSI GtX 1050ti 4 GB GPU. Very slow on training as in VERY. 7 iterations pr. minute Changes : I was on Game Ready drivers (NVIDIA), I switched to Studio Driver (NVIDIA) and did a pip...

Re: Error code viewing graph whilst training.

Thanks Matt, I tried to recreate the error - while it was training I switched from graph to preview continuously - it cancels out if you move the bar from 0 iterations to actual. So the answer is leave it alone while training. As we speak it´s still training - no errors, no damage to the model. All ...

Error code viewing graph whilst training.

Hello fellow swappers, System runs perfect, I might have received this error as the program was overworked while switching through graphs and analysis. Has anyone else seen this message: 2022-07-17 18:29:36.846890: F tensorflow/python/lib/core/py_exception_registry.cc:69] Check failed: code != TF_OK...

Updating. You're right, being the pro I am - I should know better. I'll refrain from both - @ and sending request for information without a minimum of few leads. My question was merely - "what's going on" - but I do thank you for taking it a lot of steps farther. I'll look into the link yo...

Re: DLight model still blurry after 400k iterations

Hi, Like you I trained still image-sets with the Dhl128 model. On 250K I made the first conversion - It was.. well not good! I then did the following: From training A -> B, I switched training B -> A. Focus on the two different sides has vastly improved conversion which was done at 350K and 450K ite...

Re: Swapping face on image only... no luck.

Hello, This is thread is not that old and the subject is similar to mine i didn't want to create a new one (if it's considered hijacking please tell me so and i will create a new post). So. I have two sources, trained a model exactly like the op. (I just want to swap faces on images to try DF). My ...

Re: Convert - but how?

We don't have a guide. What are you specifically stuck on. Convert should be relatively straight forward. Well first thanks Matt for getting back to me so fast - secondly - I understand (Convert-tab) the Alignments for excluding/including faces also path to model. Example: If you abide strictly to ...

General Convert + Alignments File thread

Hey y'all!

If you have a miniguide as to how you started conversion - drop me a hint - and Matt/Kyle and/or Bryan - don't start chewing at me - I'm seriously stuck!

Re: Swapping face on image only... no luck.

Got the solution: Even if you don't use videos and only work with images, the alignment file is generated in the various directories that you extract your faces from. There they were sitting all along and with them it worked just fine. Well - first I did what torzdf told me to do...

Errors while extracting

torzdf I get multiple error like these and have no clue what they mean! It's during extraction. Does depricated mean errors with dependencies? List is much longer but wanted to show you without spamming. And yes Faceswap is updated, /Sergor MainProcess MainThread logger log_setup ...

Re: A noobs journey with Faceswap.

The manual tool is currently undergoing a hefty overhaul, so I won't be bugfixing I'm afraid. @torzdf After the update I'm discovering two sets of error - first is that when cleaning up it gives the error "There are faces not in alignments file...etc"... I run the "left-over faces&qu...

Re: A noobs journey with Faceswap.

Sure torzdf, See update below regarding return to original (sorting, deletion): Manual Alignment - if you skip to a frame where it first did not find a face - then you have the option to use the mouse by click to move the box placing the landmarks. I fail to place the landmarks co...

A noobs journey with Faceswap.

Hey all, First I needed a new PC - so being on AMD RYZEN 5 1600 32GB MEM, Gigabyte D450 as MB and sadly for now a Geforce 1050TI (only 4MB VRAM) - it started. 1) Extracting is the Alpha-Omega to make the AI able to train a model. Manual alignment is killing me as it puts the face on everywhere else ...

Re: Swapping face on image only... no luck.

torzdf Was trying to figure out how to replace face in an image.

You train two different models - how does that allow you changing one face in one image? (I only understand how that would work for video sequences)

I'll keep at it, I may find the answer.

Cheers.

First off - you devs are nothing but brilliant - this program motivates to go beyond what it does - this coming from a man who first rejoiced when the 8" floppy was reduced to 5,25" (yes I'm that old!) I have been searching for a while for this topic and couldn't find one: Starting slow I ...

Re: Cleaning up

I can not find directions on what makes a "clean" set of images. Could you eleborate on what should and shouldn't be deleted when cleaning up an extraction folder? Hi there, I myself is one noob that would drive a moderator nuts - however first and foremost the first set of data (pictures...
