Re: Faces picture when training is complete?

Can someone post some pictures of swaps when they consider training complete and the swapped results actually turn out decent? I would like some sort of reference for when to stop. (Does the blurriness ever go away completely? And is there a way to tweak a model with 300k iterations to get it to sh...

Re: question on the use of multiple gpus 8+

I think it will be compatible, although I wouldn't use more than 2 or 3 cards. As Bryanlyon said, the latency between cards will slow things down. The cards need to communicate with each other, the more cards, the more communication. For sure, each card would need to be connected to a Pcie slot Gen ...

Re: (Suggestion) Implement the ability to zoom farther in on the mesh.

being super accurate with landmarks in training data will only make a minor difference. I used to spend like 80+ hours "fixing" landmarks for 12K photos for training data till it was perfect. In practice, close enough is good for training. Bryanlyon & Torzdf only had to tell me like 10...

You can just drop the log in the text box and it will attach.

Re: Adding extra faces after extraction?

If I am following you correctly, then yes for training data.
The alignments are stored in in the extracted data/photos you can just add and subtract from the folder.

Be sure you keep the mask generation the same, to avoid any weirdness.

Re: Phase_A Demo Laura Croft (A. Jolie) as WonderWoman

I may make a side by side later.
Same Data/Alignments as above.
Villain model architecture. Batch 32, 800K iterations.

Notice the loss of fidelity with close-ups.
Skin texture is a bit less detailed.
Teeth & lips not as good.
Eyes a bit blurry.

This is a demonstration of the new expansive model Phase_A.

Re: [Guide] Using Faceswap on Nvidia RTX 30xx cards

Nvidia and Tensorflow to actually support .
There are many of us that would like to see it fully supported.
Torzdf said if I give him 41 bitcoin, and give him 2 years to rewrite Tensorflow as a solo programmer .... I would be out a lot of money

Good to know you can make it work!
Sad to see it neuters your 2080ti performance in FS.
Just run the 3090 solo. It should be fast. Mine smokes for sure (almost literally)

Re: Current hardware recco + 3090 advice needed

Have you followed the instructions here? https://forum.faceswap.dev/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1226 If you are intending on using both cards at the same time there is some things of note. 30x0 support is currently unsupported, although it seems most people can get it to work with the instructions above...

Re: [Guide] Using Faceswap on Nvidia RTX 30xx cards

Possibly so. Torzdf and Bryanlyon stress enough this is not exactly a supported GPU yet. Took 3 attempts for me. Suggest removing the Cuda toolkit, DDU your Nvidia drivers, remove the Conda environment, reinstall fresh drivers, then follow the first post again. If it fails need to see your crash rep...

I'm pretty sure that GPU is not going to be supported.
Even if it was, a GT 710 is going to be excruciatingly slow.

Re: hardware requirements of different models?

Try Dfaker with default values. It should run very reasonably, with reasonable results.
FYI I believe I got dfl-sae to run slowly on a 6gb card, tweaking down some of the settings in the config.
Basically everything will run on a 8 GB card at default.

Glad to see you got it working, with some modified settings.
Good to know what will and won't work.
Mine worked in Win10 with the instructions from the first post, although not till the 3rd attempt.
Gotta love officially unsupported configurations ;-)

Re: [Guide] Using Faceswap on Nvidia RTX 30xx cards

I was just curious.
Linux wasn't working very well for me ,and even with the correct driver I couldn't use my 30xx . I had a suspicion that it was because I have two mixed generations.
I was going to try and devote some time Tuesday evening to this idea I need to do some rearranging myself
