You don't need an alignments file. You do still need alignments, but they are stored within the face's PNG metadata when you extract faces.

Swap model definitely works.

Most likely the faces are missing from the file 00094.mp4. Double check them with the manual tool

Does this issue still occur for you? I have attempted to recreate but it all seems to work fine for me.

The general working theory is that bigger batches generalize better, smaller batches are better at catching differences between images.

I think I have squashed this bug. Please let me know if you still find an issue.

No, it's not linear, but bigger batches are faster.

To the former, it really depends on your target swap. Profiles tend to be tricky at the best of times, extreme profiles are often not necessary,

As to the latter. No, passing in the same face zoomed in and out would be unnecessary.

Firstly, this is the forum for Faceswap, not DFL, so you will get no support for DFL here.

Secondly, yes, it takes a long time. For quick single image face swaps, then photoshop is undoubtedly the better solution,

Your GPU is not detected, in fact not even your drivers are detected. Use DDU to remove any existing GPU drivers + re-install them
