Re: CRITICAL Crash - Unable to allocate device-local memory: CL_MEM_OBJECT_ALLOCATION_FAILURE
You have a 2GB GPU and are out of GPU Memory.
You can try going into Settings > Extract Plugins and lowering the batch size for the various detectors/aligners to 1

Re: Critical Error on Training Initialisation "plaidml.exceptions.Unknown: Cross device functions not supported"
Unfortunately I no longer have an AMD card to test this. It may just be that RealFace has some internal code that is not compatible with AMD.
I'd start a new model, let it train for 10 iterations, stop it then restart it and see if the issue persists. If it does, try a different model.

Re: Blurry face
Original model will only take you so far.
However if the previews appear blurry, that's normally down to quality of data,

Re: Error: Failed to Convert Image
You don't need output.
Just point it at your Video, Alignments File (if not in the default location). Set the input type as Video.
Select the Mask you want, and select "Missing", then just hit the Execute button

Re: Error: Failed to Convert Image
Use the mask tool to generate new masks (they get deleted when you use the manual tool)

They aren't errors, they are warnings. You can ignore them, they are generated by Keras.

Remove the reference video (not required as the input is a video). Change the "writer" plugin to ffmpeg

Re: Minimizing Zoom/Black space
Not built in, No.
The black space is where the face goes out of frame. You could probably run a script which checks the amount of black in a face image and does something with any faces that are found, but this is unlikely ever to be added to Faceswap.

Somehow your FAN model has corrupted.
Easiest fix is just delete faceswap folder + re-install

Re: Any Success with Dlight 384 on Local Hardware
12GB should be fine. More VRAM is always going to mean the ability to run larger models though, so really it's up to your budget/priorities.
