Which GPU to use?

Hi, I have read the most important thing in GPUs for deepswaping video streaming is the GPUs memory, I can get a rtx 3060 with 12gb Vram for a cheaper cost than a 3080 ti with 8gb vram, in that case which gpu would be best to choose? I dont care a lot about waiting time, I care most about result quality.

The 3060 (the one with more VRAM) It will be slower, but you will be able to run larger models.
