they give me access to 2 gpus but ask for credit card details before allowing access
has anyone used it before? can i trust it?

I've never used it. They look fairly legit but you can never be sure. Maybe you'd rather try the free tier of Paperspace https://docs.paperspace.com/gradient/in ... -instances ?
If you are worried about giving out your credit card info, I would say to use privacy.com or a similar service that lets you create and manage credit cards to set limits that prevents spending.
