I’m new to the forum and Faceswap, and I’m running into an issue during the face conversion process. Everything goes smoothly during training, but when I attempt to convert, the process gets stuck on "Loading Scaling from Sharpen plugin" and doesn’t proceed further.
I’ve double-checked all the required libraries, and everything is installed according to the recommended versions listed in the requirements.
Has anyone encountered this problem before or have suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately I can't be sure what is happening here with this report. You may need to enable "trace" logging and send the log over to see what is actually causing the freeze.

This is likely a bug in the code somewhere.
Sadly, it will be hard to find without the original data.
If you can provide: The video that you are converting + the alignments file, I can look into this (You are welcome to send me a link via private message)
