I looked over the forum but I can't find the answer.

I wanted to know if its possible (I knot it is because I saw it somewhere) to swap 2 faces in one single video ?

I mean, swapping faces A1 & B1 -> A2 & B2

How can you do it ?

Yes, you can do that, you just have to run two converts. Once for each face. You can use the same model for both as long as it's not an unbalanced model.
