Is it possible to use several videos as an image source? If the video is short and there is little image from one video file . I have extracted the images from 3 videos into one shared folder. And I got 3 aligments.fsa files. Can I combine them into one source?

At the moment, no (not automatically)
If you want it as a single source you would either need to use third party tools to join the videos together and extract from that, or split each of the videos out into individual frames, but all of the frames in the same folder, then run extraction on the folder.
