havin issues with vids shooted on iphone in portrait direction.
the vids has added an 90 degree rotation meta tag. during extraction there is an warning that the sizes did not match. the extracted faces are absolutley useable for training if its an model which face you will use to overwrite a other face.
manual fixing wont work while the extracted faces are portrait oriented while the source video is in lanscape.

Rotate issues
This is a known issue with Iphone videos. They're not really rotated, they're just equipped with a flag that says they're rotated. You can either convert them with ffmpeg before you extract or you can extract them to PNGs and use those.
