No faces, just brown blobs

Post by mrearthpig »

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to FaceSwap, having jumped ship from DeepFaceLabs and issues after upgrading to a 5700XT.

I am trying to get a feel for how things work with FaceSwap, but think I must be doing something wrong with training.

I am up to about 65,000 iterations and the output faces are just brown blobs. Any suggestions for where I've gone wrong?

That model looks corrupted, for whatever reason. Which model are you using?

Dlight. I probably should have started with the standard model, but where's the challenge in that?

Dlight is notoriously unstable. Try lowering the learning rate

Dlight is notoriously unstable. Try lowering the learning rate and starting again

Thanks for the response. I changed the model to original and started again. It all seems to be working as expected.

I wonder what the issue is with Dlight that causedls this? Might never know.
