Training is not including the entire face

Post by Brian Underwood »

I ran into this issue recently that I can't figure out the solution to. All of my previous trainings have included the forehead but for some reason, the last few excluded it. I can tell because the forehead is shaded in red while training. It's also clear from the converted video that it was not included in the training. I wanted to train with the full face. I don't believe I'm doing anything different than the previous times. I went through the settings and I made sure to use Bisenet-FP and have ears and hair included checked off. I opened up the settings tab and went through them section by section comparing my old projects to these and I don't see any difference. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

A screen grab of the preview window would be useful...

However, this sounds almost definitely that you selected the extended/components mask when starting training.

The selected mask is 'locked' to the model, so changing it after the model has started training will have no effect.

My word is final

If input B has bangs (a fringed hairstyle) covering the forehead then the forehead won't be trained.
