Hello. I just installed and tried to use. It will not recognize any picture files. I try to load pictures but this program cant see them. It does see and load video files but just shows blank where the pictures are

That's because you are selecting a folder, not an image.
Once you are in the folder, that contains the image, hit "ok" and you are good to go. The images displaying/not displaying is entirely down to how the OS handles folder selection.
