There is an issue with the latest drivers that breaks GPU usage in Faceswap. This is not just limited to us, this issue is being reported by Cryptominers too:

If you have updated, then you will need to revert to a previous driver (457.51 is fine).
This issue is definitely confirmed in Windows, I have not been able to confirm for other OSes.

Instructions for rolling back your Driver:
Start>Device Manager- Expand
Display Adaptors - Double click your Nvidia GPU
- Click the
Driver Tab - Select
Roll Back Driver
