files list font not updated.

Post by tokafondo »

I'd like to point that when using the GUI, the font used in the files list dialogs is not applied.

I've found useful for me to use 'Courier 10 pitch' with a font size of 12, but the files list dialogs will have always the default font.

Is there any way to fix this by hand?

Thanks.

Unfortunately the file dialog fonts are handled by the OS. There is no (easy) way that this can be changed.

Thanks for your answer. Does this have something to do with what I'm asking for?

Pretty much.

Ultimately, we're happy for the OS to handle the file dialogs. In most instances it should look identical to any other file dialog running on your machine.

Unfortunately it would be a fair amount of code to customize this, for a feature that would benefit very few.
