Gpu not detected.

Post by Antipope1 »

When I started faceswap today, it said no gpu detected, switching to cpu mode.

It was training OK yesterday, after I stopped training I updated faceswap and shut it down, then shut my pc down for the evening.
Today I updated my nvidea game ready driver via Geforce experience, restarted my pc and tried to open faceswap when I got this error.
Faceswap starts and will try to train on cpu, but not gpu.
AORUS engine and HwINFO are detecting the gpu, and it woll play games fine.
Any ideas what could have happened?

Ok. You will need to roll back your driver. Please see announcement:

Probably the driver update.

Use DDU to remove the driver then re-install it direct from Nvidia website.

There appears to be an issue with latest Nvidia Drivers (460.xx), which I'm investigating.
