This is not an issue I have ever seen before. Does this happen with all sets, or just the one you are currently trying to sort?

To me, this looks like a corrupted sort model. You may need to delete the Facenet_inception_vggface2_v1.h5 model file from the ".cache" folder and let it download it again. Or it could be a glitch and if you try again it works fine.

Firstly, you seem to be sorting, not extracting.

Secondly, see above. If it doesn't resolve your issue, please let us know. We may require some more information as we are unable to recreate this issue.
