@Kvrooman did a fix for this but hadn't pushed to Master.

Just pushed. Update faceswap and try again

Does this happen multiple times or was it a one-off? If it's hapenning all the time, can you provide the video that you're using (Post it somewhere and PM the link is fine) so we can see what's happening?

For the video I used, it happens every time when I run extract process, and I also got this crash with other videos by chance too.
It looks like you guys has already found this bug, then I don't need to post the video link.
