Cannot extract due to UnicodeDecodeError

I am able to extract most videos just fine, but some videos I cannot.
I think it has something to do with UnicodeDecodeError, because the last thing Faceswap displays before writing a crash report is "UnicodeDecodeError: 'cp949' codec can't decode byte 0xed in position 134: illegal multibyte sequence".
I will paste the crash report contents, hope someone can help.
