No flip for specific faces

Post by Immrspy »

Hello, everyone

Just wanted to clarify some questions about the no flip option. If we were to have a face with a mark on one side, say... Obi Wan Kenobi, do you think the no flip option would be necessary if I'm using an extended mask? If so, do I also need to enable it for training? If not, would the final product just smear it out with the surrounding forehead or cause it to flicker back and forth each frame?

Thanks!

Any time there is a mark you want to preserve on one side of the face you should disable the flip option throughout the entire training process. If you do this please be aware that you'll want to include a significantly larger dataset to ensure the quality of the results.
