When i got to start the training all i get is the following lines

I've looked around for the files and I cant find where they have gone.
what im doing is 1. extracting the faces from my 2 videos. 2. Im then taking those extracted faces and putting them into the trainer but it wont find any alignment files

Your alignments file is by default put alongside the original extracted video. Check there for the .fsa file.

I looked everywhere along side and inside the folder its not there thats why im so confused

Well, it is. You wouldn't have extracted faces otherwise.

If you just want to get training, and don't care about having the alignments file available, go into model settings and turn off "penalized mask loss".

It is recommended not to disable this option though, but up to you.

Another option is to simply re-extract and this time specify exactly where you want the fsa file saved.

hi all, i used to be able to train face a and b without alignments file. however after the new update , i cannot fix this as i have tried to untick the penalized mask loss and none in mask type.

does anyone know how to do it without alignments? or how to fix it?

You have to include alignments. This is no longer optional.

Answered literally 1 post above yours.

I extracted "input B" faces from multiple sources as the training dataset in previous faceswap version. So the Input B training dataset doesn't have a alignment file.

After updating to the latest version. I kept getting "Alignments file does not exist" error. After untick the "penalized mask loss" and put mouth and eye multiplier to 1, the problem is still not fixed.

Is there a way to solve this problem? Thank you very much.

All training requires an alignment file. This is not optional under any settings anymore. I'm afraid you're going to have to re-extract.

I’m a rookie, and I haven’t found a solution in all forums. I have been stuck in training for a week after following the instructions.I also tried to find a solution in the forum where I had the same difficulty. Now it seems that I, a rookie, did not find a solution.
