New to faceswap. Been doing small clips.
The first clip I tried worked well. Face replaced as expected.
But, the second attempt, even though all the proper faces were extracted, when I converted to video, it was only half as long as it should have been. Same thing when I tried converting to GIF.
Are there any errors in the logs or messages in the bottom half of the faceswap gui?
My guess would be bad metadata in the video file misreporting fps and potential frame duplication.
I would re-encode the video to a known fixed frame rate and try again.
