hello,

yesterday my windows has crashed, and after the restart faceswap didn't work anymore. so i reinstalled. after the reinstall i needed to extract both a and b model again. after these steps i was able to continue the training, but when i am trying to convert the video, i am getting the above "failed to convert image..." error message for the most of the images. the error also says: "Reason: 'none'", so it is quite difficult to figure out what is causing the problem. could someone please help me? thank you in advance!

it seems that the newer version is not able to use my previous model. which is a bit strange, because the model folder contains the same type of files and the orginal.h5 file has the same size in both folder. so it seems that the structure of the model has not changed since my previous version, but still the newer version can't use the model. is there any way to install not the latest version?

It's unlikely to be the model file, and something to do with a recent update... I think I have fixed this now, so rather than going backwards, let's go forwards.

Please update faceswap and see if the problem persists.

Don't use on the fly. It's not good, and I'm not going to prioritize looking at it
