Attach a static image of a face

Hi,
Totally new at this, so I just need a guidance in the right direction and I will try to find out on my own.
Is there any way to attach just a static image of a head instead of advances face transformation?

This really isn't what Faceswap does. I don't know of any toolkit made specifically for this but any VFX/compositing tool like AfterEffects or Hitfilm could do this easily. You may want to check one of those out.
