Converting Problem

Even though I did everything correctly (I think so), when I start the conversion process with the following settings, it gives a Face not found error and the head in the video does not change in the output file. How can I overcome this?

You are probably using an incorrect alignments file for the video that you are converting. Double check that the alignments file corresponds to the video that you are trying to convert
