Stuck at initializing S3FD

Post by BaronFaceswapper »

Whenever I start the extraction, the extraction doesn't continue any further than "Initializing S3FD (Detect)...".
I have been waiting for 25 minutes but it still won't do anything.
I don't have any additional information that might help.

Please help me, it is very appreciated.

You haven't provided enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Did you use the Windows installer?

Same here!

I used the windows installer. The first time I played with faceswap it worked. I uploaded a rather large video (9 minutes) and halfway though I hit STOP. After that, it would not start working again even with different videos. Stuck at
