Nvidia Studio Driver VS Game Ready Driver

Post by Grassone »

Just wanted to point out something that can be useful
I replaced the Game ready driver version with the Studio driver version yesterday and it seems that operations with faceswap are more efficient and stable.

If someone has issues with memory allocation or with error 3221225477, this is something to try.

Bye!

My experience has been the opposite.
With a 2060 Super, I could not get reliable training with the studio driver.
Moved to the latest Game Ready driver and - as long as I run nothing else that needs GPU / VRAM - it's pretty stable.
