I recently started working on a Quad 1080ti workstation, that is running Windows 10. Windows is not my preferred OS, and I typically do all my AI on Linux, but for this instance, I need to use Windows.
Faceswap would freeze, the whole OS freezes, BSOD, DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Turns out this is a well known issue with multiple NVIIDA GPU's if they are running PCI IRQ's in Line Mode instead of MSI mode. The fix is easy and documented here:

After this, I have no more problems. Be advised I had updated to the latest NVIDIA drivers and they did not fix the issue upon Install, I had to manually go in and tweak the registry.
