I have attached a log file. Please advise.
I have attached the faceswap.log file. Please advise.
That is not the crash log. I cannot diagnose from what you have given me.
The crash log will be named something like "crash_report.2021.11.14.112758777544.log" in your faceswap folder
My word is final
The file seems to be missing from my faceswap folder. I have searched my entire hard drive and no file beginning with "crash_report" was found. What do you suggest I search for?
Ok. Without a crash report it's very unlikely I'm going to be able to help you.
In the first instance, post your system info. This may or may not help me...

Uninstall your globally installed Cuda. It is conflicting.
If that doesn't solve your issue, tell me the exact make and model of the CPU you are using.

Ok, I am unable to help further, I'm afraid. Without a crash report it is impossible for us to know which library is causing you issues. The best I can suggest is re-install your OS, but that may also not work.

I reinstalled Faceswap but get run into the same issue. Is there any reason why the program isn't writing a crash report?
It should always write a crash report, the only reason I can think of is that which ever library is causing you issues (probably Tensorflow, maybe OpenCV) is crashing so hard that it isn't even giving python a chance to write back a stack trace.

That error code comes from windows. Best way to figure it out is to convert it to hexadecimal and search for that. 3221225478 converts to 0xC0000006 which is an error which usually occurs when you try to execute files from a network volume where the permissions aren't setup correctly or some other program is interfering with the execution. It can also happen if your windows install gets corrupted.
You can find lots of guides for fixing problems like this one once you find the hex error code (since that's usually what is shown to the user, though Python automatically converts it to a decimal form).
