Error Extracting: ValueError: Unable to import backend : plaidml.keras.backend

Hey guys,
I am not a programmer and I have no idea about Python or other programming languages. I am trying to use FaceSwap, but I am getting an error while extracting. I am using AMD GPU on Windows 10. I will attach the log file, hoping you could help me because I searched this issue and I didn't understand anything because it was all about programming.

Unfortunately you haven't posted the full output of the crash log file, so I can't diagnose.

There are a couple of issues here though, not least that your AMD GPU has not been detected, and it's falling back to integrated graphics (which probably won't work).

In the first instance do this:
app.php/faqpage#f1r1

Follow all the steps, then try again.
If the issue still persists, please post the full crash report.

Thank you. I solved the problem by reinstalling the app. I have successfully extracted one video. The other video got stuck at 35%, so I saved the project and restarted the app. Now, it doesn't start the extraction process at all.

Locked
