Is there a way to import models that use .npy? I wanted to do some experiments with already trained HD models. I could only find 5 of them and they are all using .npy.

Not easily, no. Sorry.
Also, if they are .npy files then they won't have been created in Faceswap, so the entire model architecture they come from will also have to be recreated.
