Hello, before doing the full training, how can you do a short partial test to check your settings?

The best way is to use fewer frames per second? For example one in every 5 in Extract section? Or there are other way?

For training? You can't. You just have to start training and hope for the best.

You can use the "Lightweight" model to run a train for a few hours to see if it will look ok, but that's about all you can do.
