Firstly, amazing tool guys.
Is it ok to intermittantly refine the alignments using the manual tool whilst training?

The main reason for this so so we dont have to fix all the alignemtns in one go, and spread the manual work over a number of days but still keep the training moving.

Should be fine, but make sure you do it separate from the training folder. Updating the training images/training alignments file whilst the model is actively training will almost definitely lead to a crash.

If you make the edits to the original alignments file, re-extract faces then stop training and replace the training images/alignment file, then you should be fine.
