Hi,

After extracting, sorting, fixing alignments, extracting from the fixed alignment file on seperate videos. Ive merged the alignment files and output pictures.

Is it possible to recheck the alignments and masks in the manual tool after this merge? As the manual tool needs to be pointed at the source files, I'm assuming not because the source files are multiple, not just one video or set of pictures.

Unfortunately not. An alignments file always corresponds to the source video. It is not possible to use the manual tool on already extracted faces.
