I wanted to ask if its possible to setup a Dark Mode or change the color of the FaceSwap tool ?

I checked many files in the directory but I just can't find it,

Not really, no. Well, at least, not easily.

TKinter (our GUI library) uses the OS to render elements, so it's kinda out of my control. I could build a dark theme, but it would take a very, very long time, and my priorities are elsewhere.
