Hello! I can not install on High Serra help the problem in tenserflow gpu.
Maybe someone will write a guide for MAC OS installation?

Unfortunately none of the Devs run macOS. There are reports of some people getting it to work, and others having issues.
One thing you do need is XQuartz installed for macOS.
Otherwise, follow these manual install instructions (They are written for WIndows, but the process is the same for macOS):
Another issue, "tensorflow-gpu" is made for Nvidia GPUs. Macs do not support Nvidia GPUs. Instead you'll install tensorflow (non -gpu) and plaidML to use an AMD GPU. The proper process to do that is in the install guide that torzdf posted.
