No GPU detected

I can not copy the text but its like this:
An unhandled exception occured loading pynvml. Original error: Unititialized
No GPU detected. Switching to CPU mode.
I have a GTX 1650 and it seems OK with Novabench GPU score is 790.
Training seems to be working but I guess it should be faster with GPU?

I have read that it could be a problem with the nvidia driver but that seems strange the PC is only 3 days old and seems to be working properly?

I have driver 27.21.14.6093, is this the bad one?

I installed the 457.51 and now the error seems to be gone.
