Yes. Use the openCV or Pillow writer with the "draw-transparent" plugin configuration setting.

I looked on the Pillow software, it looks as if it only can handle images, not video?
I would like a videoclip where my face floats in the air.
Is there any tutorial somewhere that shows how this can be done?

I looked in openCV, here I see they work with video and there seems to be tutorials wich are not to complicated.
