So I have a trained model, and when I went to use preview for convert, I was given this message.

ERROR No faces were found in any of the frames passed in. Make sure you are passing in a frames source rather than extracted faces, and that you have provided the correct alignments file.

I used the alignment's "missing alignments" tool and it doesnt detect any faces from the video. But the same alignments file still works fine when I use the manual tool with the same video. What's causing this issue?

No idea. Never heard of this happening. My immediate suspicion would be "user error", so please treble check everything. If you are 100% sure that you haven't missed something, then you can share the video + alignment file and I can take a look.
