I followed the instructions here :

After training (for 24hours) I just wanted to test the output to see if it was working.

When I converted (after setting Input Dir, Output DIr, and model Dir) the original video just came out with no faces a t all.

Most likely you are missing the alignments file for convert. In the first instance follow the steps below and check if you have missed anything:
