I performed the training for about 12 hours and it created four folders for the model, but you can only convert one folder at a time, so how do I get all of that data to load at once? Only one of the four model files on the deepfake seems good.

The model folder is the one you specifically specified in the model dir field in the GUI. The others are earlier snapshots which you can delete if you don't need.
